This unit has got to be one of the most common M5 solenoid actuated valves that we are requested to deal with, so here is our part number and costs for the equivelant product from CKD.
4GA119-M5-E23J-3-ST @ £32.36 each (list) - This valve part number is standard for a single solenoid 24vdc air spring return valve, complete with light and surge suppression. 3 metre heavy duty lead and a turn and lock manual over ride. Very special to this range is the fact that the solenoid lead can be engaged either horizontally or vertically. All valves are also supplied with a manifold seal that is rubber coated metal - no more twisted seals that will not seal, or get damaged.
To use the valve as a single standing unit, you also require the CKD 4GA1-ADAPTOR-M5 @ £6.89 each (list). This is a single manifold which is the same width as you valve, that you also utilise for mounting, so no messy M3 bolting or lost brackets.

Well CKD Pneumatics are number 2 in Japan to the most common thought of name in the pneumatics industry from Japan.
CKD have historically looked after the core Japanese market place, and of course the worldwide market place for the Japanese market, exacly the same way that their main rivals have done in the past.
Unlike their main Japanese rivals, CKD concentrated on the core custom, and have regretably not taken the product to the open market place - until now.
With a new sales network now available in the UK through Grip Pneumatics, CKD are finally seeing dramatic growth and increased sales revenue from the UK.
Companies that have been used to having the Japanese standards thrust upon them are now finding a new company to deal with, with products that shine, and a service level that also shines.
Unlike SMC in the UK, the CKD stock holdings are relatively small (very small in comparison) but with a standard lead time from the factory of only 3 weeks (standard product).
